(1) IT Sales Manager

 

Reporting to the Director, you will drive sales to meet revenue targets by penetrating new markets and bring in new customer accounts. You are required to do prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, making presentations, preparing quotations, following up, handling objections, closing sales and maintaining the good relationship with the customers.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to quickly understand the company’s offerings and importantly has the ability to connect the dots on how we can adapt our offerings on the go.
  • To prepare, plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by management.
  • Responsible for pre-sales consulting, prepare quotations, IT consulting and customer relation management
  • Conduct Social Marketing and various marketing strategies
  • Responsible for after sales support

(2) IT Technical Manager

To liaise with and manage client requests on a daily basis; which includes taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the client’s project, sending project / job updates to the client via email or via a telephone call and to follow up on items that require client feedback
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage & monitor incoming tasks that are requested by the client
  • To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management
  • To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers, designers, and copywriters
  • To take the lead in the co-ordination & running of User Acceptance Tests both internally & externally
  • Representing the company at client-side meetings
  • Working with the sales team to identify new sales leads through solution sales
  • Supporting the Technical and Sales Director, to evaluate new products, and build in-house Proof-of-Concepts for new solutions
  • Working with the sales team to maintain and build customer relationships
  • To work closely with business partners and Marketing Department on Go-to-Market programs
